An Overview of the Automatic SMT Assembly Line

Product description: Automatic SMT assembly line, this full automatic full cycle SMT assembly line with steno kurkure, compatible with jori RS-1, output 1000-2000pcs. This line is capable of producing high quality parts that can easily meet the required performance level and meet your business goals. It is an automated system that offers you high-speed production of small and large parts at a lower cost. This line is based on our manufacturing technologies and software that help us offer the best solution for your SME.

The pick-and-place machine assembles smaller parts in less time. The pick-and-place machine is built on an innovative new technology that provides support for both hand-operated and fully automated methods for production. It is capable of processing both ribbon and conductive metal components and can be used to manufacture small assemblies such as hand held devices, electronic components, fuses, IC's, solar panels, fuses, motor drivers, electrical components, door contacts, spring kits, drawer slides, nuts, bolts and many more small parts. Moreover it is a fully portable machine and can be moved from one location to another. It also has an automatic positioning equipment that allows it to be precisely placed on the assembly line where it is capable of applying the right amount of heat for the component melting.

This machine is equipped with three types of automated thermal sources, which include the stand-up paddle heater, the reflow oven and the stand-by paddle heater. The thermal source used for the pick-and-place machine is a Methylene-chloride solder and the solder paste is a propane or natural gas. This assembly process is supported by a robust software system called "Reflow". The software system offers a user friendly interface with a user manual that explains all the steps in detail and clearly communicates all the safety precautions.

When using the Automatic SMT assembly line there are two types of controls available, namely the user programmable control (UVC) and the user-programmable logical control (LPC). The UVC controls are very user friendly and are capable of running several different tests on each of the hundreds of different components being tested simultaneously. The user programs control allows for the test sequences to run in parallel without any delays or conflicts. The LPC control is capable of running several different tests simultaneously and is suitable for a smaller area. This type of test sequence is useful for verification purposes when small components are being tested.

The Automatic SMT assembly line has a number of advantages over the manual systems. It runs faster due to the advanced processing speeds and reduced waiting time for every component. It is easily programmable using a large variety of software packages and is extremely reliable and efficient, which minimises the downtime experienced during normal factory operations. There are many different suppliers and manufacturers that offer software packages to aid with software implementation on the Automatic SMT production line.

Some of the companies that use Automatic SMT are Abbot Industries, ABB, Caterpillar Inc., CMC, Emerson Electric, Freightliner Inc., Hevcad Ltd, Krones Inc., and Wabco Limited. An important aspect of the Automatic SMT production process is the use of the ultraviolet radiation wave soldering machine. This equipment is responsible for applying the heat to the different components and joints to place them safely and securely in position. They also prevent the bolts and nuts from loosening up during assembly and can be used for the entire lifespan of the product being manufactured. SMT wave soldering machines are often used in applications requiring a tight fit to the component and tight tolerance, such as spot welding, OSA, wire EDM and spot welding on the same piece of material.
